• Secure payment processing and order management
• Product delivery and return handling

3.3 Essential Services

• Connect with verified service providers
• Plumbers, electricians, mechanics, cleaners, and more
• Service booking and scheduling
• Quality assurance and feedback systems

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4.2 Account Security

• Use a strong, unique password
• Do not share your account with others
• Log out from shared or public devices
• Enable two-factor authentication when available

4.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose risks to other users or our Platform.

5. Ordering and Payment

5.1 Order Process

5.2 Pricing and Fees

5.3 Payment Methods

6. Delivery and Fulfillment

6.1 Delivery Areas

We operate in select cities and areas. Delivery availability is subject to location, time of day, weather conditions, and service partner availability.

6.2 Delivery Times

• Food Delivery: 30-60 minutes (estimated)
• Product Delivery: 1-7 business days depending on product and location
• Service Booking: As per agreed schedule with service provider

6.3 Delivery Requirements

• Provide accurate delivery address and contact information
• Be available to receive delivery or provide authorized recipient details
• Provide access to delivery location (building codes, landmarks)
• Present valid ID for age-restricted items when requested

6.4 Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address, unavailability, or access issues, additional charges may apply for re-delivery attempts. After multiple failed attempts, the order may be canceled and refund policies will apply.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

7.1 Order Cancellation

• Food Orders: Can be canceled within 60 seconds of placement
• Product Orders: Can be canceled before shipment
• Service Bookings: Can be canceled as per service provider's policy

7.2 Refund Policy

Eligible for Refund:

• Order canceled by restaurant/vendor
• Significant delay in delivery (beyond promised time + 30 minutes)
• Wrong or damaged items received
• Quality issues reported within 2 hours of delivery
• Service provider no-show or cancellation

Refund Process:

• Refunds initiated within 24-48 hours of approval
• Credit to original payment method within 5-7 business days
• COD orders refunded to bank account or Zugaadoo wallet
• Partial refunds for partially fulfilled orders

7.3 Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of mind after food preparation has started
• Unavailability at delivery address
• Rejection of order due to quality expectations (subjective)
• Custom or personalized products

8. User Conduct

8.1 Acceptable Use

Users must:

• Use the Platform for legitimate purposes only
• Provide accurate information in all interactions
• Treat service providers and delivery personnel with respect
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect intellectual property rights

8.2 Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Create fake accounts or provide false information
• Engage in fraudulent activities or payment disputes without valid reason
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or service providers
• Attempt to manipulate ratings or reviews
• Use the Platform for illegal activities
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access our systems unauthorized
• Post offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content

8.3 Consequences of Violation

Violations may result in:

• Warning notices
• Temporary or permanent account suspension
• Cancellation of active orders
• Legal action where applicable
• Reporting to appropriate authorities

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Our Rights

All content on Zugaadoo, including but not limited to:

• Website design, layout, and user interface
• Zugaadoo logo, trademarks, and brand elements
• Software, applications, and algorithms
• Text, images, graphics, and multimedia content
• Database compilation and organization

Are owned by Infinity Enterprises or used under valid licenses. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9.2 User-Generated Content

By submitting reviews, ratings, photos, or other content, you grant Zugaadoo:

• Non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display such content
• Right to use content for marketing and promotional purposes
• Authority to remove content that violates our policies

9.3 Trademark Policy

Unauthorized use of Zugaadoo trademarks or confusingly similar marks is prohibited. We respect others' intellectual property and expect users to do the same.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service Limitations

Zugaadoo operates as an intermediary platform. We are not liable for:

• Quality, safety, or legality of products/services from third-party providers
• Actions or omissions of restaurants, vendors, or service providers
• Delays due to weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control
• Technical issues or temporary service interruptions
• Loss or damage due to user negligence or misuse

10.2 Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is lower.

10.3 Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Infinity Enterprises, Zugaadoo, and our employees, directors, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of our Platform
• Violation of these Terms
• Your content or conduct on our Platform
• Infringement of third-party rights
• Any fraudulent or illegal activities

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

14. Termination

14.1 Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Contacting our customer support
• Using account deletion features in our app/website
• Sending written notice to our registered address

14.2 Termination by Zugaadoo

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activities
• Abuse of our Platform or personnel
• Non-payment or chargebacks
• Inactive accounts (after 2 years of inactivity)

14.3 Effect of Termination

• Access to our services will be immediately suspended
• Outstanding orders will be fulfilled or refunded as applicable
• Your data will be handled as per our Privacy Policy
• Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination

15. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from your use of our Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
