General Questions
Zugaadoo is your one-stop platform for ordering food from local restaurants, shopping for products, and booking home services. We connect you with verified local businesses and service providers in your city.
We currently operate in 10+ major cities across India including Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, and Lucknow. We're constantly expanding to new cities.
Click on the "Sign Up" button on the homepage. Enter your details including name, email, phone number, and create a password. Verify your phone number with the OTP sent to complete registration.
Orders & Booking
1. Select your city and browse restaurants/products/services
2. Add items to your cart
3. Enter delivery address and choose payment method
4. Review and confirm your order
5. Track your order in real-time
You can modify or cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it. After that, cancellation depends on the restaurant/vendor policy. For services, cancellation is allowed up to 2 hours before the scheduled time.
After placing an order, you'll receive real-time updates via SMS and in-app notifications. You can also track your order status in the "My Orders" section of your account.
Delivery
Delivery charges vary based on distance and order value. Typically ranges from ₹20-50. Free delivery is available on orders above ₹500 (may vary by city and partner).
Food delivery: 30-45 minutes average
Products: Same day to 3 days depending on availability
Services: As per scheduled appointment time
Yes, we offer contactless delivery. Select this option during checkout, and our delivery partner will leave your order at your doorstep and notify you.
Payment & Billing
We accept:

• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
• Net Banking
• Zugaadoo Wallet
Yes, all online payments are 100% secure. We use industry-standard SSL encryption and partner with trusted payment gateways to ensure your financial information is protected.
Invoices are automatically sent to your registered email after order completion. You can also download invoices from the "My Orders" section in your account.
Refunds & Returns
Refunds are processed for:
• Cancelled orders (if eligible)
• Wrong or damaged items delivered
• Service not provided as scheduled
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days.
Go to "My Orders" → Select the order → Click "Request Refund" → Provide reason and submit. Our team will review and process your request within 48 hours.
Return policy varies by product category. Generally, unopened products can be returned within 7 days. Perishable items and food cannot be returned. Check product-specific return policy before ordering.
For Partners
Visit our partner registration page or contact our business team at partners@zugaadoo.com. Submit required documents including business license, GST certificate, and bank details. Our team will verify and onboard you within 3-5 business days.
Commission rates vary by category:
• Restaurants: 15-20%
• Products: 10-15%
• Services: 20-25%
Special rates available for exclusive partners.
Access your partner dashboard to manage menu/products/services, update prices, set availability, view orders, and track earnings. Mobile app also available for on-the-go management.
